Our daily rates apply to 24-hour periods starting from your selected delivery time. Multi-day rentals receive automatically applied discounts: 10% off for 3-6 days, 20% off for 7-13 days, and 30% off for two weeks or longer.
Delivery within 50 miles of our Birmingham location is included in the rental price. Extended distance delivery is charged at £0.85 per mile beyond the 50-mile radius. Collection fees follow the same structure.
A refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total rental value is required at booking. This deposit is returned within 5 business days after equipment inspection upon return, provided no items are missing or damaged beyond normal wear.
All equipment is inspected before and after each rental. We expect normal wear from proper use. You are not responsible for general wear and tear, minor scuffs, or dirt accumulation. However, we ask that you return equipment reasonably clean and dry when possible.
Damage requiring repair or replacement will be assessed based on the specific item and extent of damage. We'll provide a detailed explanation and photographic documentation if charges apply. Our goal is transparency, not profit from damage fees.
